Schedule (day of event)
9:00 - 10:00 : Registration (name tags and T-shirts)
10:00 - 10:30 : Introductions, warm-up and demonstration of the barbershop style
10:30 - 12:15 : Rehearsal (including a short break)
12:15 - 1:00 : Lunch (Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches, Chips, Cookies, Soft Drinks)
1:00 - 2:30 : Sectional rehearsals; separate session for the choral directors
2:30 - 2:45 : Break
2:45 - 3:45 : Rehearsal
3:45 - 4:00 : Break
4:00 - 5:00 : Final rehearsal
5:00 - 6:00 : Dinner (Pizza Hut pepperoni or cheese pizza, soft drinks) and dress for the show; fill-out Evaluation Forms
6:00 - 6:45 : Rehearsal with Masters of Harmony
6:45 - 7:00 : Auditorium doors open
7:00 - 8:30 : Showtime
What to Wear
Casual attire during the day
Bring a long-sleeve white shirt, black pants, black socks and black shoes
We will provide red or blue bow-ties and cummerbunds (must be returned after the evening performance)
What to Expect
Lots of singing, lots of fun
Have your music substantially learned, since we will be singing everything by memory during the evening performance
Important: We cannot be responsible for any personal belongings, such as iPods, iPads, mobile phones, digital cameras, etc., so please leave those devices at home.
